Conway Centres: Tattenhall differs from the other centres in Cheshire in that the focus is on art and dance. The site was originally a secondary school; it has 5 large work areas which enables schools to undertake large scale art projects and dance activities.
The main building can accommodate 50 children and 5 staff. Length of courses varies from 1 night up to 5 nights. Speciality teachers are available for schools and courses are designed to meet the specific needs of each school. There is a mixture of user groups ranging from Year 1 up to GCSE Year 10 and 11.
There is scope for a wide variety of art courses ranging from African art and drumming workshops, to local area studies which incorporate the Tudor influence and architecture of Tattenhall village. The separate meeting room is used for inset training, in-house training events and other meetings.
