Sample Itinerary for Key Stage 4/GCSE  Field Studies Courses

This is a typical example of a five day GCSE Geography or a Science course:

Day Morning Afternoon Evening
1 Arrive at Conway Centre; Welcome, Center Orientation & Lunch Activity Sessions: e.g. Canoeing, Rock Climbing Preparation Work & Nightline
2 The Costal Environment Follow up work & Reflector Trail
3 Woodland Habitats Activity Sessions: e.g. Climbing, Abseiling Follow up work & Orienteering
4 River Landscapes and Pollution Studies Follow up work & Disco
5 Activity Sessions: Jacob's Ladder & Quad Biking Depart & return to school/college  

Please Note: Course durations vary. We also have two and four day courses also; if you want to have a look at alternative study modules, please look at our exemplar modules page. Evening sessions are spent either on follow-up work, led by your course instructor or they can be self staffed and/or a range centre ‘evening’ activities.
